The mission of Housing and Community Services of Northern Virginia, Inc. (HCSNV) is to provide housing-related and other community services and advocate the need for affordable, decent and accessible housing to improve the quality of life and promote self-sufficiency for households in need. Eligibility requirements: * Are homeless or in imminent danger of losing present housing; * Are in a financial crisis due to an unavoidable circumstance; * Have exhausted own financial resources; * Have a willingness to become self-sufficient; * Meet low and moderate income guidelines; * and Reside in our service area within Fairfax County.
