Mon-Fri 9:00am-Noon, 1:00pm-5:00pm. Offers emergency rent, water, gas and electric. Food pantry available to low income families in East Dallas area.Neighborhood center provide senior citizens aged 60 and above daily noon meals, recreation, education, social services, nutrition, welfare counseling and information and referral, as well as nurse-managed health maintenance clinics. Transportation and outreach are provided in target areas. This program is a FEMA recipient and is funded by DAAA.Social Security Card On average each year, more than 41,000 people will receive emergency assistance from Catholic Charities of Dallas. Must live in zip codes 75204, 75206, 75223, 75226, 75246 and partial 75214. For the next six months assistance will be provided for zip codes 75149, 75150 and 75181. Will serve low income families with children or Senior Citizens 55+ in East Dallas and Mesquite. Eviction/termination notice required for FEMA funds
