About Housing Assistance Program - Sioux Falls Housing

There are various programs available to assist eligible households with their rent - either in a designated housing unit or in a unit of their choice. The rental assistance a household receives is based on household income and size. There is limited funding to assist homeless individuals and families. Sioux Falls Housing DOES NOT provide one-time or immediate rental assistance. A person must apply for the assistance and the waiting list can be up to 36 months.
