Circle of Concern provides emergency and long term assistance to low-income families and individuals who live within the Parkway, Rockwood and Valley Park school district areas. Circle feeds the hungry; assists families unable to pay necessary rent or utility expenses; provides scholarships and school supplies to students; helps young moms acquire the confidence and skills to escape poverty, and, shares the spirit of the Holidays with the needy in our community.
