FRIENDS is dedicated to assuring that people living with HIV/AIDS and their loved ones have access to community services which will enhance their quality of life. FRIENDS assures quality of life by: Facilitating access to existing services, developing strategies to fill the needs not addressed by other organizations, promoting understanding and compassion within the community through education. Emergency financial assistance: When a valid financial emergency exists, FRIENDS will provide financial assistance in accordance with existing guidelines and the availability of funds.
