Helping Hand helps Englewood residents in need of food, rent, mortgage, utility bills, prescription medications, referral services and coordination of services amongst other agencies. Must be able to show future management for rent and utilities. If assisted previously with these funds ; not able to use the funds again. Englewood Helping Hand is a community supported social services agency that provides short-term assistance to Englewood residents, including residents of the Gulf Cove, Rotonda, Placida, and Grove City areas of Englewood. Assistance includes help with food, rent, electric and water, prescription medications, and referrals. Helping Hand is also a food stamp and Medicaid ACCESS site. Must have a final notice or eviction notice; Englewood residents, including residents of the Gulf Cove, Rotonda, Placida, and Grove City areas of Englewood
