About Trinitycare Hospice Foundation
We compassionately enter the lives of individuals faced with the realities of suffering, loss, death and grief to offer expert care and education while respecting each person?s choices, values and beliefs. TrinityCare Hospice was established in 1977 as one of the first hospice programs in the nation serving Los Angeles and North Orange counties. Providence TrinityCare Hospice Foundation was established in 1987 as a non-profit organization to support the services, programs and patients of Hospice.In 2001, we started TrinityKids Care, the first and only dedicated pediatric hospice program in Los Angeles and North Orange counties. We help terminally ill children live as normal a life as possible, for as long as possible in their own homes, by giving their families access to a continuum of total care with the primary goal of keeping the children in their homes with their families. What began as a true labor of love with 3, has grown into an anticipated 100 children to be served in 2008.
