Provides limited emergency rent payment assistance to individuals or families who are experiencing a temporary/emergency financial hardship and in are danger of losing their residence. Client must demonstrate the ability to maintain housing once having received assistance. Client is also required to provide a co-payment towards a portion of their rent.
