About Alabama Council on Human Relations

Rental Assistance is offered to residents. Office hours are Mon-Fri, 08:30 am to 5:00 pm. Please call the (334) 821-8336 number to make an initial eligibility determination, learn what supporting documentation must be provided and to schedule an appointment. Assistance is conditioned by the availability of funds. Families may receive rental assistance only once every 12 months.
